Some people call it Yirg, some call it Cheffe, we call it: YIRCHE (grown in Yirgacheffe). This washed single origin coffee from Ethiopia comes from the Aricha Washing Station and has an incredible smoothness with citric acidity. It’s becoming one of our favorite coffees we’re adding to our selection.
